Sugar Dock is a uniquely configured full service deep water docking facility in Point Richmond on the San Francisco Bay. It is located on the protected waters of the Santa Fe Channel, sometimes called the banana belt of the East Bay. Sugar Dock offers 1,400 linear feet of improved shoreline and 30 feet of water depth at low water. There is a 45 foot wide concrete apron with vehicular parking adjacent to 4 foot wide aluminum gangways leading directly to efficient, large vessel floating docks.
