Looking for a seasonal Chef to start ASAP in Italy with the possibility of becoming a permanent contract depending if the yacht will go ahead with the Caribbean season or not ( due to COVID restrictions).
Help will be needed on deck and a good knowledge of sailing and confidence with winch’s and line handling is essential as well as being physically fit and able.
International and healthy cuisine with a focus on Italian.
Owners are sporty and very healthy. They prefer light, fresh dishes with an emphasis on local produce.
Could suit someone with Stewardess background that would like to transition to the galley.
Open to male or female although it will be a shared cabin with the mate/ stew.
