Giving a little back...
We started life as a Jobs Board and remain true to that concept. As we stumbled into recruitment (and we’re very good at it!) We have decided to give a little back to the surroundings that support our industry. We’ll donate 3% of the commission fee to a ocean clean up organisation of your choosing.
Simply select the ocean plastics group when you request the recruitment and we’ll make the donation when we successfully find your perfect crew.
I have been in yachting for 27 years, and have been in charge of finding crew for 24. I have worked with agencies all over the world. Many of the agencies in the old days would send you Cannon Fodder, just kept sending you CVs until you picked one just to get them to stop. Every once in a great while, you find somebody who is willing to listen to exactly what you want, then go out and try to find it.
From the moment I started talking with Sue, I could tell she would be perfect for us. She has since worked absolutely tirelessly to find us exactly what we are looking for and has filled one of our jobs.
As an extremely particular (picky!) client, we have a ridiculously long and complicated list of requirements. Sue is a bright star in my life, great at dealing with stressful situations, as helpful as they come, and with GREAT customer service and attention to detail. If only she were still in yachting! I would hire her immediately and never let her go.
