A hard working and enthusiastic chef who thrives on creating a unique experience for guests, combining knowledge with passion to create dishes which are both beautiful and delicious. Having trained on the south west coast of England in a high end restaurant famed for it’s seafood, I have a wide range of dishes in my repertoire from classic French and British to Mediterranean and Asian, with good knowledge of most in between. My objective now is to apply my skills and experience to the yacht industry in order to supply guests and crew with tastes from around the world and help to make their experience a truly memorable one.
