A seasoned stewardess and chef, with a varied cooking style, from Mediterranean, Thai, French, Caribbean, South African, with a focus on healthy locally sourced products and produce, with over 4 years experience in different roles on boats, from 48 ft to 160 ft, with proven longevity, looking for a new challenge to showcase my love for cooking and plating. As part of a Team with Captain Christiaan Liebenberg, we have been together for 14 years and have worked together for over 4 years and done more than 60 charters together. We have been running very busy high end charter Catamarans, with 2 crew and between 6 to 10 guests, in the Caribbean for the past 4 years, and due to the fact that our current boat has been sold, we are looking for a new oppertunity to showcase our passion and expertise to new and returning guests throughout the Caribbean and Meditereanean.
