I am a classically trained, highly motivated and organised individual, passionate about delicious and beautiful food. I have a good head for business and am able to adhere to budgets and maintain accounting. Having worked part time as a chef whilst establishing and running a successful healthcare practice, I returned to yachting in a freelance capacity in January 2015. Realising that formal culinary training is increasingly de rigueur, I have completed a CTH level 4 diploma (equivalent to NVQ level 4) at Tante Marie in the U.K., as well as their in house cordon bleu diploma, for which I received a double distinction, and the Ship’s Cook Certificate.
