I am an enthusiastic motivated and hardworking person, (passionate about my job keeping a professional approach always with the smile), who has enjoyed a versatile career: I have more than 15 years of experience as Deck Cadet, Skipper, Crew, Officer and Captain on several commercial ships and yacht types and of course possess strong sailing skills and experience in all aspects of exterior maintenance. I have gained valuable management experience both in my on board and shore base Yachting Industry work history. I work equally well as part of a team or individually and I have shown dedication and commitment to all of my previous appointments. My objective is to secure a permanent and long-term Deck Position on board a private/charter Mega/Giga Yacht. I would like to improve my skills and my knowledge as OOW on the bridge, with the ISM&ISPS procedures, (mentored by strong 1st Officer and Captain), and keep myself fit on deck, of course extending my certificates to climb up the ladder to be a good Captain.
