Raised in land-locked Ontario and a traveller since childhood, I have long been infatuated with the sea. My cooking approach is professional, organized, and my food healthful and a touch flashy; my knack for presentation never over-shadows what it is that makes food enjoyable. I like to have fun in the galley and I’m impulsive when the occasion calls. Lately, I’ve gone back to basics in the Med, with my own spin on the classics. I am ready to take on my next big yacht chef role. I aim to find and commit to a role with longevity whether full time, seasonal or especially for the right rotational position. I am certainly open minded to different types of boats, programs, and locations. My yachting experience has all been in Europe and the Caribbean. I am happy returning but currently have become more interested in Asia, the South Pacific and Indian Ocean destinations. I am also keen to get onto a sailboat though my experience is mostly on motor yachts.
