I am a friendly, well spoken and hard working person who loves working with people and surrounding herself amongst people of different cultures and nationalities. I thoroughly enjoy working in hospitality as this provides the opportunity to apply these characteristics effortlessly in a working environment. I understand the importance of dealing with priority clientele and providing the best possible experience in a friendly, professional manner, resulting in a great experience received by whomever I may be assisting/ working for. I greatly enjoy the challenge and thrill of working in fast paced environments too, to think on your feet, take initiative , manage stress levels and keep a clear head when high volumes are being experienced, yet still provide service of the highest calibre. To have the confidence and capability to work alone, and equally able to work as a team to reach a common goal. I believe there is always a resolution for any problems that may surface, and have been known to always persevere until the solution is found. As I have hospitality and customer service related experience in high volume and upmarket places , where quality of service is of utmost priority, as well as project management, administrative , multi tasking & team work, I am looking to apply this through an entry level stewardess or deck/stew position. I Would be more than willing to help out on deck if required as I have some background in maintenance too. I grew up assisting in home renovation projects be it painting, tiling, sanding wooden floors, varnishing, inserting laminate flooring etc… I am always more than willing to lend a helping hand and believe this industry is best suitable for my love of service, travel and exploring a completely different aspect of the world and what it has to offer.
