After a difficult start in life I focused on becoming highly motivated and passionate about cooking. Through years of my experiance I have focused on excellent knowledge of a variety of cuisines including but not limited on Italian, Indian, Mediterranean, French, Chinese, Scandinavian and Mexican. I also have the ability to make sushi, crating dietary alternatives and extensive baking skills. After starting my career as a chef in Malta I wanted to move forward and expand my experiance by moving into cruise line industry were I worked for almost 4 years on different vessel in a Italian fine dinning restaurant before deciding to move to Sweden. A friend once told me that in yachting there is no limits to my creativity of dishes and expanding my education in cooking.
Assisting ti the private chef with guest food, events, food provisions for guest at the high quality. Varity of menu for crew with different cuisine according to the different nationalities. Year planing budget with the remote areas, organizing team of 5, keep food standards and hygiene levels in the galley.
